Indian Trails Neighborhood

Annual Dues: $130.00 for 2024- 2025 fiscal year

The homeowners of Indian Trails #1 and #2 are collective owners of the neighborhood park, conservancy, and 5 outlots.  Homeowners within #1 and #2 are asked to pay annual dues of $130 to pay common property taxes and insurance, maintain and improve the outlots and playground, and enhance the area for the benefit of all residents.  The association also sets aside reserve funds to cover long-term expenses of the park and conservancy such as pond dredging, forest maintenance, and upgrades to the park.  Your prompt payment is greatly appreciated and makes the collection and accounting process more efficient and less costly.

Annual dues notices are sent to Indian Trails #1 and #2 residents in August, and payment is due by October 15th of each year.  There are two convenient payment options for residents.
