Social Media Group(s)

The Indian Trails Neighborhood, is a private Social Media group sponsored by the Indian Trails Homeowners Association and was created for the purpose of sharing information, activities, and the history of this wonderful neighborhood. The intention is to provide a way for our membership to not only stay informed on neighborhood happenings, but also, as a way to get to know your fellow residents.

Who can join the Indian Trails Neighborhood Social Media Group(s)?

  • Members must live within the boundaries of the Indian Trails Neighborhood, as defined by the triangular area bounded by State Highway 29, County Highway J, and County Highway FF. This area includes Platten's Indian Trails Subdivision No.1 and No.2, as well as our sister subdivisions of Indian Trails No.3, Wooden Shoe, Lancaster Brook, Choctaw Woods, and Squire Hills.

  • Members should be primary landowner(s) of the property located within the defined boundaries of the Indian Trails Neighborhood. Those permanent residents whom are not the primary landowners, must be approved by the primary landowner and this page's Admin Team before access can be granted.

  • Members must be of 18 years of age and permanent residents of the Indian Trails Neighborhood. While we invite all members of your family to visit our great neighborhood, this group is not designed for those relatives who do not live within our Neighborhood the bulk of the year (i.e. long-term house guests, children home from college,visiting friends and family, etc.)

  • Members must agree and adhere to the Indian Trails Neighborhood Group Code of Conduct.

  • Be Kind and Courteous

    • Our goals is to maintain a welcoming environment. Please treat each other with respect and kindness.​​​​​

  • No Hate Speech or Bullying

    • The Indian Trails Neighborhood was founded on a sense of community and compassion, where all of our inhabitants can feel welcome and safe. Bullying of any kind it's not allowed.Degrading comments about things including (but not limited to) race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender, and identity will not be tolerated.​

  • Respect Everyone's Privacy

    • Being a part of this group requires mutual trust. At no time should a member be sharing the private information of another member(s), (including but not limited to physical address, email address, phone, photographs, etc.), without the expressed permission of said member(s). In short, what is shared in this group, should remain within this group.​

  • No Spam or Solicitation

    • The site will not be used for spam or solicitation, and will be limited to including information on events and activities sponsored or endorsed by the Indian Trails Homeowners Association.

It is important to note that the Admin Team reserves the right to remove any comment or post which does not adhere to this Code of Conduct and / or is deemed to be inappropriate or inflammatory. Members with a history of inapporicate comments or posts can and will be suspended or removed from the group at the review of the Admin Team.
